Northeast Emergency Medicine Specialists (NEMS) is the sole democratic emergency medicine group in CT. We are actively seeking to hire full‑time physicians for 2025-2026 to enhance our dedicated team.

• Attractive sign‑on bonus up to $100K for physicians committing to a 3‑year contract, with a requirement of 1500 hours per year.
• Base salary of $300K plus annual performance bonus ranging from $50-55K

• Utilization of various EMR systems, with a transition plan for all facilities to adopt Epic within the next few years
• Supportive teamwork environment with the use of Physician Assistants at all locations
• Waterbury Hospital, Waterbury - 40,000 visits/year - Cerner EMR
• Midstate Medical Center, Meriden - 51,000 visits/year - Epic EMR
• Windham Hospital, Willimantic - 35,000 visits/year - Epic EMR
• Bradley Memorial, Southington - 18,000 visits/year - Epic EMR
• Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam - 32,000 visits/year - Empower EMR
