AMN Healthcare seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens assignments in the Kansas City, Missouri area. Start ASAP with 7a–7p and 7p–7a shifts, floating between hospital and freestanding locations. The role requires board certification in Emergency Medicine and an active Missouri license, plus DEA and ACLS/PALS/ATLS certifications.

Practice features include 60,000 annual ED volume at hospital sites, and travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance support through AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license.
• DEA license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (ATLS acceptable if taken once).

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Medicine coverage at hospital ED and freestanding locations.
• Shifts include days 7a–7p and nights 7p–7a; may float between sites.
