Job summary

The American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The physician will provide care for approximately 20 patients per shift in an inpatient setting, with current needs starting ASAP.

Eligible candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an active Missouri State License. Competitive pay and travel arrangements will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Missouri State License required.
• Ability to work with Cerner EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care to patients in an inpatient setting.

• Work in a facility with 100 beds.
