Job description

Role Overview

We are hiring BE or BC Emergency Medicine Physicians to practice at either of the (2) state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Centers and their network of freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs).

Facilities:

• HCA Florida Memorial Hospital – Level II Trauma Center
• HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital – Level II Trauma Center & EM Residency Site
• Multiple affiliated HCA Florida FSEDs throughout the Jacksonville metro area

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency medical care
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, documentation, and clinical outcomes
• Thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department environment

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
• Emergency Medicine residency training
• Strong clinical judgment and rapid decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Current FL medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain by start date)
