Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Shift Times: Morning, Mid, and Night 12-hour shifts (rotational schedule)

Clinical Information:

• 36,000 Annual patient visits
• Number of beds: 159
• 36 hours of physician and 24 hours of APP coverage daily
• Daily Admissions: 17
• Annual ER Admissions: 3,942
• Average Patient Census: 108-113
• Accredited chest pain center and stroke center
• Support Staff: Nurses and Techs
• Common cases: Standard Emergency medicine visits

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with EM experience
• Active TN License
• Providers living inside 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local" and will not be eligible for this role.
• Willing to consider new grads
• Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures
