Skilled Wound Care is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians in Fort Worth, TX to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities and provide daytime, weekday coverage. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and eliminates night shifts, weekends, and on-call obligations.

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background: We welcome Emergency Medicine physicians, as well as surgeons of all backgrounds and Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training.

Emergency Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000–250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Emergency Medicine Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

Part-Time

2–3 days per week

Full-Time

4–5 days per week
