• Annual Volume: Approximately 5,000 patients
• EMR: Meditech
• 25 Bed Hospital - 6 bed ED
• Shift Options: 12 and/or 24-hour shifts, offering flexibility
• Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options available

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois
• DEA, CSL
• ACLS, PALS
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Paid Medical Malpractice
• License/Certification Reimbursements (FT Providers Only)
