Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks an Emergency Medicine physician for Conway, AR. The physician will evaluate and treat ED patients, manage medical and traumatic emergencies and perform critical procedures in a 20-bed ED with full specialty backup.

Candidate must hold an Arkansas medical license and ABEM/ABOEM board certification, with ACLS/ATLS/PALS certifications. Fellowship is preferred; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Medical License is required.
• Board certification in ABEM or ABOEM is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS and PALS are required.
• ABPS not accepted; Fellowship preferred for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat emergency department patients.
• Manage medical and traumatic emergencies.

• Patient Demographics: Emergency Department Patients
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 91 Patients Per Day
• 33,500 Annual Visits

FACILITY INFORMATION

• No. of Beds in Department: 20 ED Beds
• Specialty Backup Available: Full Specialty Backup
• Support Staff Available: 36 Physician Coverage Hours and 20 NP/PA Coverage Hours Daily
