Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a part-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the emergency department at Baptist Conway in Conway, Arkansas. The role offers strong physician support, liability coverage, and access to TeamHealth Institute resources.

Join a Level III trauma center with EPIC EMR, 16-bed ED and scheduled physician/APC coverage, providing flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or NCCPA.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience as a PA or NP.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.

• Annual Volume: 21,000
• Level III trauma center
• 16-bed ED
• EMR: EPIC
• 24 hours of physician coverage
• 12 hours of APC coverage

Position Requirements

• Board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) Or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience as a PA or NP
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
