Job description

We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians who excel in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple hospital locations, including a Level I Trauma Center, a provisional Level IV Trauma Center, a community hospital, and a critical access facility. Each site provides a fully integrated EMR system, on-site helipad, tele-neurology support, and 24/7 OB and Radiology coverage.

Physicians can choose between a $100,000 starting bonus or $200,000 loan repayment, with salaries ranging from $323,000 to $406,000, 272 hours of PTO, and performance-based incentives. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, a retirement savings plan, and licensure/DEA reimbursement. Additional perks include a $10,000 referral bonus, relocation assistance up to $15,000, and visa sponsorship.
