Job description

D/UC Locums Illinois Position Details:

1. Location: 1 hr 30 min South Chicago / 90 miles south
2. Duration: Immediately ongoing until June 30, with potential extension
3. Schedule: 8 am - 8 pm, 24-hour shifts
4. Shift Flexibility: Flexible in terms of shifts per month, scheduling based on your availability
5. Patient Volume: 350/month in ED & 375/month in prompt care (urgent care)
6. Scope: Routine ED; not a trauma level, so stabilize and transfer out. Also have Prompt Care (urgent care) adjacent to ED, covered by ED staff & physicians.
7. EMR: athena
8. Hospital: 60-bed, short-term acute care hospital
9. Group/Support: Nurses & unit secretaries
10. Requirements (boards, license): Must be board eligible (board certification preferred), IL license, IL CSR & DEA, ACLS & PALS, ATLS preferred
