Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services in a concierge-style model.
2. Direct appropriate treatment plans, proactively managing patient care and follow-up.
3. Perform comprehensive annual physical exams and educate patients on health topics.
4. Participate in after-hours patient care when required.
5. Coordinate care with specialists and collaborate with outside physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
6. Focus on creating value for patients and enhancing the member experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. North Carolina Medical License required.
2. Experience in Primary Care or Emergency Medicine.
3. Experience in Anti-Aging / Regenerative Medicine is a plus but not required.
4. Proven ability to build deep, respectful, and long-term patient relationships.
5. Excellent medical and diagnostic skills with strong rapport-building ability.
6. Commitment to patient advocacy and evidence-based medicine.
7. Superior communication skills and outstanding bedside manner.
8. Collaborative spirit supporting staff and practice operations.
