This is a part-time or full-time, fully-remote position that conducts visits across all 50 states, asynchronously via telehealth.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patients' medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
• Order lab tests and interpret the test results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Obtain histories, conduct virtual visits, document findings, evaluate and diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatment plans, and construct care plans through shared decision-making with patients.
• Build trust with patients by delivering empathetic care that balances evidence-based care, patient preferences and values, and invests in long-term patient outcomes.
• Conduct follow-up visits, adjusting medications based on efficacy, safety, and side effects.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical operations team and fellow clinicians to deliver multidisciplinary, integrated care.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications

• Degree in medicine (MD or DO) (essential)
• 5 years of post-residency clinical experience (essential)
• Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (essential)
• Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential)
• 3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor
• Ability to work 10-20 hours/week
• Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required
• Outstanding men’s health clinical expertise
• Fantastic counseling and listening skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
• Experience and comfort with conducting telehealth visits
• Physical space requirements: a secure, quiet, and isolated work environment to protect PHI with a strong internet bandwidth connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in primary care, primary care men’s health and/or telemedicine
• Experience working in a remote telehealth environment

As part of your duties, you will come in contact with sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA. Throughout your career, you will be expected to follow the company’s security and privacy procedures to ensure our users' information remains strictly confidential. Security and privacy training will be provided.
