Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Beautiful California

Location: Northern California, Antelope Valley area

About the Practice

Our expanding independent emergency physician group is 100% physician-supported and financed. We are a zero-debt company, committed to providing quality emergency care.

Schedule and Compensation

• 12-hour shifts with 6-7 physicians and 4 APP shifts daily
• Scribes provided per physician
• 100% RVU-based compensation
• Malpractice insurance included
• Independent Contractor (1099) status

Facility and Hospital Details

Regional Medical Center - 190-bed community hospital with an annual ED volume of 89,500. Features include:

• Level III Trauma Center
• Comprehensive Stroke Center
• STEMI Center with helipad
• 24/7 ultrasound, CT, MRI, radiologist interpretation, and intensivist coverage
• 35 ED beds and a separate fast track zone

Support and Recognition

Strong subspecialty support with access to Pediatric and OB/GYN transfers, as well as higher-level transfers to USC Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and Loma Linda University Medical Center. In Fall 2023, the group received an A grade for patient safety from Leapfrog.
