About this role:

As an Emergency Medicine Physician at St. James Healthcare, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver quality care and excellent patient experiences.

1. **Competitive Compensation:** $288,000 plus night shift differential
2. **Quality Bonus:** $5,000
3. **Incentives:** $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus, and up to $100,000 student loan repayment. PSLF eligible.
4. Practice at a Level 4 Trauma Center in Butte, MT.
5. Shifts are 12 hours; nights preferred but optional split.
6. Full-time considered at 120 shifts/year.
7. Daily APP coverage from 11-11.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility.
• Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Successful credentialing with Intermountain Health.
• Passion for emergency medicine and rural healthcare.
• 3-5 years of emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Open to night shifts.
