Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to work locum shifts in Bowling Green, Kentucky (KY). Starting in May 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Emergency Medicine role:

• Emergency Medicine locum role - manage hospitalized patients, write daily notes in EPIC (no copy/paste forward), participate in daily huddles, answer CDI queries, and round with nurses.
• Be part of the CODE BLUE and rapid response team.
• No procedures required.
• Support staff includes weekday APPs and remote admin support (on-site typically once per week).

Requirements of the Emergency Medicine role:

• KY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
• KY State DEA
• BLS, ACLS
