AFC Urgent Care - Back Bay Boston

Position Details

• Full-time / Part-time available
• Hours: Flexible schedule with 6, 10, and 12-hour shifts (minimum 24 hours/week for part-time)
• Employment type: Employed
• Open to new graduates
• Average patients seen: 4+ per hour
• Call schedule: No call required
• Compensation: Up to $350K earning potential plus bonus opportunities

Additional Information

• Must be board certified, fully licensed in MA, with DEA and MCSR licenses (or in progress)
• ACLS/PALS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Preference for candidates committed to Urgent Care as primary focus
• At least 1 year of experience preferred but not mandatory
• Profile should include skills gaps and self-study efforts, explanations for employment gaps if applicable
• Must see patients of all ages and comfortably complete 30-40 patient notes per day
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays; full-time providers work every other weekend
