Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Emergency Medicine

Join a dedicated team at a Level II Trauma Center located in the bustling city of Bismarck, North Dakota. This facility is committed to providing exceptional emergency care and is currently seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to cover various shifts. The practice utilizes the EPIC EMR system and offers a collaborative work environment with no midlevel providers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency medical services to patients.
• Perform procedures including intubation, chest tubes, central lines, and procedural sedation.
• Manage adult and pediatric resuscitation cases effectively.
• Conduct OB/GYN procedures and deliveries when required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
• Current active license to practice in North Dakota.
• Certification in PALS, ATLS, and ACLS.
• Ability to manage a patient volume of approximately 1.4 per hour.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification - ABEM required.
• Active North Dakota medical license required.
• PALS, ATLS, ACLS certifications required.
