Our Opportunity:

We are seeking Emergency Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians to join our patient-centered group at Our Lady of the Lake. Our facility provides a comprehensive range of emergency medical and surgical services, equipped to handle critically ill or injured patients through our 24-hour Emergency Room and Children's Hospital Emergency Room. We are the only certified Level I Trauma Center in Baton Rouge.

Part of the Louisiana-based Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, Our Lady of the Lake has served as a compassionate healthcare provider in Baton Rouge for over 90 years. Our focus remains on enhancing patient care through innovative partnerships and community engagement.

We operate as an 800-bed teaching hospital serving an 11-parish area, making us one of Louisiana's largest private medical centers. Annually, we treat over 35,000 hospital patients and more than 600,000 outpatient individuals, supported by over 1,100 physicians and 7,300 team members.
