- All current physicians are Board Certified EM

- Will work 16 shifts of 8 hours each per month

- Group has 4 Nocturnists and is looking to add another

- Physician contract includes benefits and expenses

- EDs have 40 beds and 36 beds respectively

- Work out of two EDs

- Current volume: approximately 65,000/year and 45,000/year

- Both EDs are level II Trauma facilities
