Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks physicians and advanced practice providers to staff the Emergency Department of a community hospital in Northeast Alabama. The role features 12-hour shifts, across day and night blocks, with EPIC EMR and M-Modal dictation.

Responsibilities include admissions, coordination with hospitalist teams, and delivering acute care in a facility offering surgery, cardiology, neurology, and geri-psych services. Commitment to high-quality care per hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Physicians require ABEM or AOBEM certification/eligibility, or minimum 2 years ER experience with ABIM/AOBIM or ABGS, or 1,000+ hours ER experience with EM Fellowship and ABFM/ABOFM certification.
• APPs (PA or FNP) must have ≥2 years ER experience and be BE/BC, with active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Role Overview:

Seeking physicians and advanced practice providers to staff the Emergency Department at a community hospital in Northeast Alabama. The role involves providing emergency care in a 25-bed ED with approximately 28,000 annual visits, utilizing EPIC EMR and M-Modal dictation.
