Qualifications

- Interest/knowledge in pathophysiology and pharmacotherapeutics for service.
- Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience with eligibility for additional criteria.
- BCPS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical medication therapy oversight and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Mentor pharmacists and residents; support cross-campus services.
- Maintain presence on patient care units for most of the shift.
- Participate in committees; lead clinical initiatives and safety programs.
- Document interventions and contribute to formulary management.
