• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, physicians, nurses and other hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to advance pharmacy practice and patient care.
• Educate pharmacists, residents and students as part of residency programs and clinical training.
• Serve as a drug information resource and oversee drug therapy optimization for critically ill patients.
