The Opportunity

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) - a physician-owned, physician-led group with no private equity - is looking for exceptional emergency physicians to join us in The Woodlands, Texas. This is your chance to help shape a new era of emergency medicine in a high-functioning, community-focused hospital.

Facility & Coverage Details

• 33,953 annual ED visits
• Trauma Level: None
• Beds: 30
• EMR: EPIC
• Physician coverage: 10 hours/day
• APP coverage:
• Mon-Fri: 24 hours/day
• Sat-Sun: 12 hours/day
• Criteria: BC/BE ABEM/ABOEM

Compensation & Perks

• W2 Compensation: Productivity Model - Pay Range up to $265-300/hr: W2 includes Medical Dental, Vision, and matching 401k
• 1099 Compensation: Productivity Model - Average of $270-310/hour
