Arc Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for Navajo Nation communities. You will work with physicians and staff in a team-based environment to treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all ages.

We value top-of-license practice, with supports including 24-hour physician coverage and dedicated nursing staff. Jointly improving access to care in rural and underserved areas is our mission.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA-C.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA-C license in any U.S. state.
• DEA license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong commitment to serving rural and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across the lifespan.
• Manage urgent and emergent care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.

About The Role

As an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider, you will deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. You will work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across the lifespan
• Manage urgent and emergent care needs
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Clinical Scope

This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, including:

• Suturing and minor procedures
• Management of uncomplicated fractures
• Emergency stabilization and acute care
• Use of diagnostic tools such as EKG, ultrasound, X-ray, and lab services
• Care for adult and geriatric populations

Providers typically see between patients per day, allowing for both meaningful patient interaction and a balanced workflow.

Work Environment

• Structured 10-hour shifts with multiple start times
• 24-hour physician coverage for support and collaboration
• Dedicated nursing and technical staff
