Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our community hospital. You will evaluate and treat ED patients, work under an attending emergency physician, and utilize labs and radiography to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include completion of an accredited NP/PA program, MA NP/PA license, DEA/CSR, ACLS/BLS, and at least two years of ED experience.

Qualifications

• PA or FNP license and at least 2 years of ED experience in hospital settings.
• Completion of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Licenses including MA NP/PA license, DEA/CSR, ACLS/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat ED patients (ESI levels 2–5) under supervision of an attending physician.
• Utilize labs and radiographic studies to inform care decisions.
• Provide direct patient care to a community hospital population.
• Collaborate with specialty consultants as needed.
