Gobravvo’s Emergency Department seeks an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver medium-acuity emergency care in a community hospital setting. The role features autonomous practice with strong physician coverage and the Epic EMR to support efficient documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of emergency medicine experience, Mississippi DEA registration, and required certifications (ACLS, PALS, NIHSS).

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency medicine experience required.
• Current DEA registration with Mississippi address.
• Mississippi prescribing authority (CSPA) required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality emergency medical care for diverse presentations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
• Respond to medical emergencies including trauma and critical cases.
