Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks qualified NP/PA APPs to support UNC Health Blue Ridge Morganton and Valdese Emergency Medicine teams. This full-time role covers 30 hours per week in a dynamic, 24/7 ED environment with combined Morganton/Valdese coverage.

Must hold NC PA/NP license (ENP boarded or eligible), BLS, ACLS before starting; ATLS after starting. Epic EMR used; shifts are 10 hours. Comprehensive benefits, CME, RVU bonuses, and retirement match offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC PA/NP license and ENP boarded or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS certification required prior to start; ATLS after starting.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in Morganton and Valdese EDs.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs for coverage and patient flow.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
