Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join the Greensboro emergency medicine team. This full-time role features 30 hours per week across rotating shifts in multiple Cone Health emergency department sites, with a pay range of $59.00 to $88.50 per hour.

The position requires NC PA licensure, BLS, ACLS (ATLS after starting), and a strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and delivering high-quality emergency medicine.

Qualifications

• Must have NC PA license, BLS, ACLS before starting; ATLS after starting.
• Onboarding program for new grads with 1x1 pairing for six weeks.
• APPs rotate across five Cone Health sites with 10-hour shifts.
• Minimum 130 hours per month (30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and manage acute care as needed.
• See all patients with varying acuity and perform procedures.
• Encourage autonomy and work to top of license.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff across multiple sites.
