Qualifications

• Board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Demonstrated leadership potential or proven leadership experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for the Emergency Department.
• Engage with executive and hospital leadership to align on goals and growth.
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and operational performance.
• Mentor and develop emergency clinicians and staff.
• Foster clinician engagement and a collaborative culture within the ED and organization.
