• Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center is preferred.
• Day-shift focused schedule; 10- or 12-hour shifts; no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Lead the Emergency Department, providing evaluation and treatment for a broad range of medical and trauma patients
• Collaborate with and support a dedicated team of experienced Physician Assistants
• Level IV Trauma Center serving a stable regional patient population
• Flexible scheduling with 10- or 12-hour shifts
• No call responsibilities, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance
• Average Emergency Department census of approximately 25 patients per day
• Day-shift focused schedule
• Option for a 4- or 5-day work week

Compensation

• Salary: $345K+ (based upon experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $75K+
• PTO: 26 days per year
