Job summary
US Acute Care Solutions in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Medical Director to lead the Emergency Department. You will oversee ED operations in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration, supervise EM physicians and APPs, and represent the ED within the hospital and the community.

- Staffing Model: 34 hours
- Two 12-hour Physician shifts
- One 10-hour APP shift
- EMR: Epic with Dragon
- Helipad for all emergency conditions requiring transfer
- Full-service ED treats a wide variety of acutely ill and injured patients including Sepsis, Cardiac Emergencies, Respiratory Emergencies, General Surgery, Stroke, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics
- Family Medicine Physicians with at least two years of Emergency Department experience are eligible to work at this hospital

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while supporting and leading your Physicians and APPs. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization.
