Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Pearland, TX. The position offers twelve-week duration with 12-hour shifts in a Level IV Trauma Center, supporting a high-volume ED around 25,000 visits annually.

Requirements include EM board eligibility or certification and an active Texas license. Start date is December 1, 2026, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive on-site resources.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with emergent conditions.
• Provide timely stabilization and disposition planning for cardiac, neurologic, and traumatic emergencies.
• Deliver comprehensive cardiac emergency care with evaluation/management of myocardial infarction and acute cardiac conditions.
• Collaborate with staff and consultants to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety and patient experience.
