HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant Chief of Emergency Medicine to help lead our Emergency Medicine team at the main hospital and affiliate EDs. The role emphasizes operational leadership, clinical excellence, and the development of future leaders within a high-volume trauma center.

The position requires ABEM/AOBEM board certification or eligibility, FL licensure in good standing, and ACLS/ATLS/PALS credentials, with responsibility across multiple locations in

Qualifications

Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM).
ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications required.
Florida medical license in good standing with DEA.
Unencumbered license to practice in FL.

Responsibilities

Support the Site Chief in clinical and operational leadership for emergency services.
Lead initiatives to execute site and organizational priorities and develop leadership.
Oversee care across main Kissimmee hospital and freestanding EDs in the metro area.
