Advocate Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Practitioner for Wilkes Regional Medical Center in Wilkesboro, NC. The APP will join Wake Forest Emergency Providers within a leading nonprofit health system delivering high-quality emergency care with APPs integrated into care teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Join Wake Forest Emergency Providers as an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) in Monroe, North Carolina—part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country. 100 bed community hospital. 30,000-33,000 annual patient visits in the ED. Proximity to Winston and Boone .

Staff:

10 physicians and 3 APPs

Role:

“True Emergency Medicine” – Classic and cutting edge EM work with APPs fully integrated in the care teams.

Licensure:

Must have NC PA/NP license (NPs must be ENP boarded or eligible), BLS, ACLS before starting. Must obtain ATLS after starting eventually.
