Responsibilities

• Respond to operation and dispatch requests to transport customers to and from facilities.
• Document trip information clearly and adhere to company policies while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle environment and complete the pre-shift mechanical checklist.
• Use standard radio transmission codes and follow the company’s information security standards.
• Operate transportation equipment including stretcher, hydraulic lift and wheelchair, and manage supplies.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow drivers.
