Forrest City Ambulance Services seeks an EMT for a full-time position in Forrest City, AR. The role provides basic life support care to patients, transports and assesses illness or injury, and administers emergency procedures during ambulance rides.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, EMT National Registry, AR EMS license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of related experience. Pay starts at $14.19 per hour and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered with the EMT National Registry.
• Licensed by State EMS Authority.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Must be CPR certified.

Responsabilités

• Provides basic life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured.
• Transports and transfers patients and assesses illness or injury to prioritize procedures.
• Applies artificial respiration or oxygen, administers IV fluids and other emergency procedures during ambulance ride.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
