Job summary

CORE Occupational Medicine is seeking an experienced EMT or Paramedic to join our Osceola, AR site on a PRN basis. The role focuses on emergency medical response, patient care, and coordination with onsite safety and medical teams.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, basic first aid and CPR, documentation, and communication with treatment facilities to ensure appropriate action while maintaining high clinical standards and a safe work environment for our clients.

Qualifications

• EMT state certification and/or National Registry; proof of reciprocity required.
• Previous EMT experience, 1st response or 911 experience preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administer basic first aid and medical support per policy and regulations.
• Assess injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further actions.
• Communicate with client and site personnel about incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to changing worksite environments and hazards.
• Maintain quality and clinical standards at all times.
• Document findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
• Act professionally under stress and assist Safety Managers to maintain a safe site.

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic to join our team at our Osceola, AR, site. This is a PRN position.

Position Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulations
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation towards team work and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts
• Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances
• Assisting the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possible

Position Qualifications
