Join Parachute, LLC in Radcliff, KY is seeking an EMT-B/EMT-A to ensure donor health and safety and support a fast-growing plasma donation operation. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay with a monthly bonus and opportunities for cross-training and career growth in a dynamic team.

You will monitor donor eligibility, conduct health screenings, and collaborate with center staff to provide a positive donor experience in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Current EMT certification (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment.
• For EMT-Bs, 1+ year of work experience.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You’ll Do As an EMT (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams

• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment
  • For EMT-Bs, 1+ year of work experience
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
