Responsabilités

• Determine response priority through the authorized dispatch system.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources when assigned.
• Provide protocol-based instructions within current qualifications.
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responding personnel.
• Document call processing and participate in quality-review activities.
