Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking an FCC Training & Exercise Specialist to provide exercise support to the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery N45 Mission Assurance Office. The role involves developing the annual FCC Training Plan, coordinating training requirements with DoW/NDMS/FEMA/HHS/BUMED, and ensuring compliant after‑action reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years planning, coordinating, conducting and evaluating emergency management training and exercises.
Knowledge of HSEEP, NIMS, ICS, COOP, and FCC operations.
Ability to produce federally compliant after‑action documentation.
Successful completion of the FCC Course within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

Develop annual FCC Training Plan.
Maintain Individual Training Records for FCC Staff.
Coordinate with DoW/NDMS/FEMA/HHS/BUMED on training requirements.
Identify training gaps and corrective actions.
Coordinate Reserve and Active Component integration training.
Ensure compliance with BUMEDINST 3440.10C and applicable DoW Directives.
Experience coordinating and evaluating emergency management exercises (tabletop, full-scale).
Develop training materials, after-action reports, and exercise planning packages.
Support training initiatives for watch standers, CAT, and FCC personnel.
Additional duties as assigned.
