Emergency Management Solutions Specialist

Our Solutions Specialists create customers from interested organizations by crafting solutions to their challenges through a combination of their industry, product, and commercial expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Creation of new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by creating customers through crafting solutions to customers' challenges using industry, product, and commercial expertise.
  • Conduct timely needs assessment calls with new leads.
  • Generate new leads through inbound demand generation, referrals, customer upsell opportunities, and by identifying opportunities within existing customers and requesting introductions from their networks.
  • Qualify leads and guide them through a pipeline with stages including Problem Discovery, Finding Product Fit, Proposal, and Gaining Consensus, before handing over to the Commercial Team for contracting, implementation, training, and billing.
  • Deliver software demonstrations of D4H using industry background in Emergency Management, Emergency Response, and Crisis Management; focus on the customer’s long-term success by demonstrating tangible human outcomes through the product.
  • Maintain commercial expertise with understanding of the business environment, market trends, competitors, and economic factors that impact purchasing decisions.
  • Serve as D4H product experts, configuring our software to suggest solutions and solve problems for prospects during screenshares; identify prospects' problems and solve them by configuring a D4H solution in a clear, considerate, and confident manner.
  • Maintain excellent written communication in English with attention to grammar, vocabulary, and detail; ensure error-free materials.
  • Exhibit precision in CRM administration, producing well-structured and coherent written documentation about activities and plans.
  • Report to the CEO and participate in monthly 1-on-1s; attend weekly team calls to share progress.
  • Role is remote with all customer and business communication through phone calls, video conferences, and emails.
