Responsibilities

• Coordinating the Healthcare System efforts and engaging staff to manage the Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP).
• Collaborating with VISN, VHA, OEM, and federal/state/local agencies to coordinate emergency planning and response.
• Developing and coordinating emergency plans and exercises in accordance with VHA directives and the Emergency Operations Plan.
• Representing Executive Leadership at planning sessions, after-action reviews, and response planning meetings.
