• 3–5 years of progressive emergency management or business continuity experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-facility settings.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or regional emergency preparedness programs.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation for inter-campus travel.
• Preferred certifications: HAZMAT, HICS, HSEEP, MCI, and FEMA CDP coursework.
