Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must presently hold a Journeyman Lineman Certificate with knowledge of distribution, construction, maintenance and operating.
• Must meet CDL Class A Driver's license requirements.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours emergency callouts.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and safe work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous Troubleman or first-responder experience is desirable.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for overhead and underground electric distribution and transmission systems.
• Perform duties of the Troubleman classification in a safe and productive manner.
• Collaborate with others and maintain customer-focused service quality.
