DescriptionWe are seeking to add an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team in the ICU.
Schedule: day shift Monday - Friday in ICU- No state income tax
- No non-compete agreements for General Practice
- 125k - 150k salary plus production (negotiable) - earning potential of $200k+
- Production is paid out quarterly with no negative accrual!
- Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus

Our ideal candidate:- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Ideally 2+ years of Emergency Veterinary Medicine experience
- If you have no ER DVM experience, we offer an ER Mentorship program that is specifically tailored for emergency veterinarians! No prior ER DVM experience is required — we offer mentorship to DVMs with no ER experience who are eager to learn and dive into emergency veterinary medicine.
- An active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required, we will cover state licensure transfer fees
- Passionate about practicing outstanding medicine but also building and fostering a strong team
- Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
