Responsibilities

• Monitor radio channels, unit availability and incident status.
• Relay information on occupants, hazards, and changing conditions.
• Process requests for additional resources per procedures.
• Coordinate mutual-aid communications when assigned.
• Record dispatch times, movements, and updates.
