Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting in Colorado is seeking a Finance & Administration Section Chief to lead the EOC finance desk, manage Purchasing, Fiscal, Travel, and Budget units, and ensure accurate cost tracking during disasters. Responsibilities

• Oversee the EOC Finance desk, supervising Purchasing, Fiscal, Travel, and Budget Units.
• Develop staffing patterns to support SERT activities.
• Track event costs with state finance offices and compile daily estimates.
• Report mission costs to the SERT Chief and SCO with budget oversight.
• Purchase items for SERT and secure food vendor contracts for SEOC meals.
• Monitor overtime and coordinate status updates with the SERT Chief.
• Support demobilization with financial closeouts and incident planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
