Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in radio dispatching or public emergency information systems is desirable.
• Typing certificate at 30 words per minute is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and act upon emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Dispatch and monitor appropriate personnel.
• Maintain logs and records using CAD system.
