Responsibilities

• Learns and performs routine administration of conservatorships, guardianships and trusts.
• Prepares court reports for annual reevaluation of LPS conservatorships.
• Assists in establishing and monitoring conservatees' budgets and paying bills.
• Investigates the social, medical and financial background of persons referred for conservatorship or guardianship.
